After harvesting, the chilies are transported to our drying facilities, where they are dried using company-operated dryers under carefully controlled conditions. The drying process reduces the moisture content to the industry-recommended 8–10%, helping preserve the chilies' natural color, flavor, and heat while preventing the growth of mold and other microorganisms.
To guarantee premium quality, every batch undergoes a rigorous two-stage sorting process. The first inspection is carried out at the farm immediately after harvesting, while a second inspection takes place at our packing facility. During these quality checks, any damaged, discolored, rotten, immature, or foreign materials are removed, ensuring that only the finest chilies are prepared for export.
Our chilies are packaged in 25 kg gunny bags lined with food-grade polyethylene (P.E.) liners to protect the product during storage and transportation. We also offer customized packaging solutions based on our customers' specific requirements. Every package is assigned a unique traceability code, enabling complete product tracking from the farm to the final destination.
